We offer competitive rates for the highest level of personalized service.
If you are a person who values personal attention, you shouldn't settle for less from your doctor. We think you'll find our annual fee reasonable (often less than your other professional service fees).
New patients enroll for a full year. Memberships expire one year from the date of enrollment, at which time you will be invited to renew for another year.
Of note, in most cases, your Health Savings Account (HSA) can be used to pay for annual membership fees. This empowers patients to take control of their wellness and their finances. Please check with your particular plans.
Annual Membership Fees
Memberships range depending on the level of service. Memberships include 24/7 direct access to your physician, convenient scheduling (including after hours and weekends), compassionate personalized medical care with an individualized plan of care, and unhurried visits in a relaxed, comfortable setting for children, adults and the elderly.
Quarterly or bi-annual installments are available.
***Our goal is to offer an accommodating membership to fulfill your family's needs.
For example, if your family member is home-bound and only requires house calls, we can provide a membership to meet the needs of your family.
We are currently accepting a limited number of new patients.
In order to maintain the highest level of patient access, personal service, hands-on involvement and quality care, we can only accept a small, fixed number of patients.
If you have an interest in joining our practice, please call today to schedule a no cost, no obligation "get-acquainted visit."
Do I still need insurance?
Yes! Your membership is not a substitute for insurance. Although we are considered out-of-network providers, your insurance can be used to cover things like hospital bills, medications, laboratory testing and imaging. We strongly recommend you and your family have insurance coverage.
